We are a group of dedicated, highly trained, warm and compassionate therapists who bring a wealth of experience to our work. Each of us have developed our own unique ways of working with people and have specialized training and experience in different areas. Despite all of our fancy degrees and experience, we believe that you are the expert of you. We’re here to walk with you by supporting you, helping untangle and manage the messy stuff, providing tools and coping strategies that work for you, and cheering you on. With a passion for helping individuals and families in conflict, Jenna brings experience from her work at the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, child welfare, mediation, and parenting coordination together in a friendly, relaxed style. Jenna is also a parent coach with expertise in Neurodiversity and late diagnosed Autism and ADHD. Jenna is only accepting referrals for parental alienation assessments and intervention, family law/parenting plan consultation, and supervision, training, or professional consulting at this time.
Nina provides pre-marital counselling, couples counselling, and works with women experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and maternal/post-natal mental health and adjustment issues.
Nina also works with children and adolescents for play and art therapy, helping kids manage the big things like school and peer difficulties, their parents’ separation, anxiety, depression, sensory issues and regulating their emotions in a healthy way. Nina has a solid understanding of how to support children and adults with Neurodiversity. Nina is available Monday after 4:00 pm, Tuesday mornings, and during the day on Saturdays. She works online and in person.
Tim has worked with men for many years, helping them navigate things like relationship issues, anger, anxiety, depression, and work stress. Tim has a friendly, relaxed style and is both direct and non-judgmental when working with clients. He also works with couples and people dealing with high conflict or “narcissistic” partners or relationships. Tim is available during the day on Thursdays and Fridays and works online or in person.
We are very excited to have Megan join our practice! Megan brings her many years of experience in working with children of all ages, and specializes in working with tweens around the many struggles they can face as they approach adolescence. She also works with their worried parents to help calm things down at home and at school, and to make being around your sassy tween or adolescent a whole lot more enjoyable. Megan also helps kids dealing with their parents separation or divorce, giving them the skills they need to navigate their changing world and a place to express themselves when things are difficult or confusing. Megan also specializes in ADHD, Sensory Disorders, and other types of Neurodiversity. Megan works evenings and weekends to accommodate busy families.
Lauren has worked with teens and their stressed out parents for more than 15 years. She has a straight forward style that adolescents connect with, allowing her to help them navigate whatever is going on for them. Lauren also works with young adults to…… well, adult. Because adulting is hard and trying to figure things out on your own is even harder. Lauren also has a great understanding of kids with sensory issues, and how to help families with these specific challenges. Lauren also works people of all ages who are struggling with anxiety and depression.
Lauren is highly skilled, has extensive training in adoption, and with pre and post-natal adjustments for moms and new parents. Lauren helps parents navigate the big life changes around having kids. She Lauren works Monday evenings and Saturdays.

After many years as a family lawyer, Vicky returned to university and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work to focus on therapeutic and collaborative co-parenting work, mediation, and providing support to parents navigating separation and divorce. She provides therapeutic Family Restructuring Therapy (FRT) to separating parents who want to learn to communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries and learn conflict resolution skills.
Vicky also has experience in working with families whose children have learning disabilities or school difficulties. She provides support, tools, and strategies to parents to help them advocate for and meet the needs of their children at school, home, and in the community. Vicky works online only.

Kasey joins our practice with years of experience in working with children and adolescent and provides interventions and supports to kids and teens dealing with things like, anxiety, school worries, parental separation (and high conflict separation), bullying, friendship/relationship problems, and “behaviour” issues. Kasey has a fun, laid back style that kids and youth respond to.
Kasey also works with men to help them figure out ways to function better in their lives and relationships as well as to manage the things that get in the way of where they want to be in life. He also helps guys who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and career or work issues.
